Are your lampshades handmade?

Yes. Every lampshade is handcrafted in our studio using carefully selected fabrics, trims and finishing techniques. Many of our collections also feature hand-crocheted florals, woven cord work, embroidery or artisan embellishments that make every piece unique.

Will my lampshade look exactly like the photographs?

We strive to match every product as closely as possible. Since many of our lampshades are handmade and use natural fabrics, slight variations in texture, print placement, weave or handcrafted details are part of their character - and make every piece one of a kind.

How do I know if a lampshade will fit my lamp?

Every product page includes the shade dimensions, shape and fitter details. If you're unsure, simply send us a photo of your existing lamp with its measurements, and we'll help you choose the right size.

Can I use your shades on table lamps, floor lamps and pendant lights?

Our portfolio is centred around handcrafted table and pendant lampshades. We also create floor lamp shades in selected sizes, with bespoke options available for custom dimensions and designs. Please check the individual product description for compatibility.

Lighting & Care

Which bulb should I use?

We recommend LED bulbs. They generate significantly less heat, are energy efficient and help extend the life of your lampshade. Always check the maximum recommended wattage for your lamp fitting.

Will the shade affect the colour of light?

Yes. Fabric colour, weave and opacity influence how light is diffused. Light-coloured fabrics create a softer ambient glow, while darker fabrics produce a warmer, more intimate atmosphere.

How do I clean my lampshade?

Regular dusting is usually all that's needed. For best results:

  • Use a soft feather duster or microfibre cloth.
  • Use a lint roller for fabric shades if required.
  • Avoid soaking or washing the shade.
  • Keep away from excessive moisture.
  • Do not use harsh cleaning chemicals.

Handcrafted crochet and embellished shades should be handled gently.

Can the fabric fade over time?

Like all natural textiles, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may gradually soften colours over many years. Positioning your lamp away from continuous direct sunlight will help preserve the fabric.

Do you ship across India?

Yes. We deliver across India using trusted courier partners. Shipping timelines vary depending on your location and whether your order is ready to ship or made to order.

Do you ship internationally?

How long will my order take?

Ready-to-ship products are typically dispatched within a few business days. Made-to-order and customized pieces require additional production time, which will be communicated before your order is confirmed.

Will my lampshade arrive safely?

Every lampshade is carefully packed using protective materials and sturdy cartons to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Returns & Warranty

Can I return my lampshade?

We accept returns for eligible products that arrive damaged or have manufacturing defects. Because many of our products are handcrafted or customized, bespoke orders cannot usually be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if there are any issues.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. We stand behind the craftsmanship of every lampshade. If you experience a manufacturing defect, please contact our team with photographs and your order details so we can assist you with an appropriate resolution.
