Made to Order

All products are made to order and crafted specifically for you upon purchase. Production begins after order confirmation, and lead times will be communicated at that stage.

Handmade Nature

Minor variations are expected and form part of the uniqueness of handmade products. Such variations shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.

Custom Orders

Custom-made products are created specifically for individual customers. Once production has begun, customised orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded except in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage.

Intellectual Property

All product designs, photographs, artwork, descriptions and website content remain the intellectual property of the brand and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Product Care

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with each product. Damage caused by improper use, moisture, excessive heat or accidental handling is not covered.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the product. We shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use.
